This role serves as operational anchor for the DOI ecosystem—strengthening governance of Employee Groups (BRGs, AGs, GoGreen) and embedding standards through coordinated workplans, routines, and documentation.

As a DOI Governance Specialist, you will triage incoming issues, manage follow‑ups, and escalate decisions and risks to the Regional DOI Governance Lead, while enabling cross‑regional collaboration and supporting the Head of Standards & Governance with consolidated trackers and materials. You’ll maintain KPI dashboards and deliver timely leadership updates, drive education and awareness to promote standards adoption and share best practices, and continuously refine processes to reinforce disciplined, efficient execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Employee Group governance support: Assist the enablement and governance of Employee Groups (e.g., BRGs, AGs, GoGreen).

  • Governance enablement support: Coordinate workplans, trackers, routines, and documentation to embed DOI standards and governance.

  • Issue Triage and Resolution: Coordinate intake, track followups, foster collaboration among partners, and escalate decision needs and risks to appropriate Regional DOI Governance Lead as required.

  • Cross regional collaboration support: Prepare inputs and artifacts that help the collaboration across regional governance and the Head of Standards & Governance (e.g., consolidations, trackers, notes)

  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs, and feedback for DOI initiatives; deliver timely updates for leadership routines.

  • Education & Awareness: Support communications, materials, and sessions that promote standards awareness and adoption; share learnings and best practices across partners.

  • Process Improvement: Help identify and implement process changes that strengthen operational discipline and efficiency across routines and artifacts.
