As a Product Associate in Home Lending, you will create and maintain product roadmaps to help grow the business and improve the employee experience therefore improving the customer experience. These roadmaps will deliver work that aligns to the product vision, including conducting discovery and sizing of incoming requests. You're empowered to define and drive solutions across the organization working with various lines of businesses, design, legal, operations, finance, and technology teams to prioritize & deliver the roadmap. Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product roadmaps that align to the product vision
- Partner with development teams within the Chase MyHome Product Group throughout the agile software development lifecycle (gather/write business requirements, translate into stories, launch, defect management etc.)
- Conduct discovery for incoming requests and how the request will impact the system by understanding and determining job and data flow.
- Drive solutions across the organization; working with various lines of businesses, design,
legal, operations, finance, and technology teams to prioritize & deliver the roadmap - Create compelling product/experience proposals to influence internal stakeholders using data, customer feedback, and customer research.
- Seek to find a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, and
technical feasibility, while managing the product delivery timeline - Manage work in a highly organized, flexible manner, while staying focused on critical scope
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of Product experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team delivers high value
features - Experience in product execution, analysis, data insights
- Participate/lead collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives)
- Customer-centric focus and keeps rapport with end users
- Proficient in JIRA
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Product experience in consumer banking, lending products, payments, fintech
- Ability to use adobe experience cloud
- Problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with data analysis
- Presentation skills
