Servicing Travel Advisor III, Chase Travel

As a Chase Travel Advisor in the Hotel Support Group, you will support suppliers in managing The Edit Hotels. You will work with a select group of individuals in Mystery Shopper booking processes. Demonstrating problem-solving skills and functioning as a Hotel Supplier specialist, you will take the necessary steps to recognize, research, and resolve issues through diagnosis and discussion of a particular problem with a focus on delivering service excellence. You will proactively work with external suppliers to negotiate an appropriate resolution and to minimize costs in a timely manner, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Acts as a liaison between the hotel and the customer.
- Understands Chase Travel program requirements.
- Demonstrates proficiency with the HSG Email Tool (KANA).
- Participates fully as a team member, assisting as needed with all client service functions, including exchanges, processing hotel refunds, and ensuring promotions and member requests are added to reservations to maximize profits.
- Attends staff and training meetings to stay updated on travel industry trends and office procedures.
- Consistently meets established Key Performance Objectives.
- Maintains accurate logs to ensure precise productivity measurement.
- Achieves team metrics and KPIs.
- Remains compliant with all Chase Travel eLearning requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and other industry requirements.
- Must have knowledge of SABRE CRS.
- Exhibits the ability to work independently and as a team member, quickly learns technical concepts, excels in time management and multitasking, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Chase Travel programs, products, and procedures.
- Requires a minimum of one year of Chase Travel CORE experience.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in using multiple screens in an online environment.
- Shows intermediate to advanced proficiency with GDS and other technology platforms, including self-booking tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening abilities, and a customer-oriented approach adaptable to various personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to take both inbound and outbound calls and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
