As a Head of Data and Analytics Product Strategy and Firmwide Coordination in the Data and Analytics organization, you drive the strategic alignment and execution of our product portfolio, connecting firmwide outcomes to actionable plans and integrated roadmaps You lead portfolio strategy and annual planning, oversee quarterly prioritization, and surface cross-team opportunities, dependencies, and risks to deliver consistent results at scale using inclusive, You serve as the singular liaison to the Chief Data and Analytics Office to coordinate communication and shared priorities across portfolios, while owning leadership forums and operational resilience action plans that strengthen our controls and governance posture.
You advance AI and data initiatives by leading quarterly AI reporting, driving transparency and accountability, and providing forward-looking insights that power our data-driven future, while tailoring content to the specific team context per the template’s option to add sub-team details with the hiring manager’s input.
Job responsibilities
- Lead portfolio strategy and annual planning to convert vision into actionable initiatives aligned to firm objectives, following the guidance to begin with strong present-tense verbs and limit bullets.
- Oversee quarterly planning, prioritization, and a unified product roadmap while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and collaboration opportunities.
- Serve as the firmwide liaison to the Chief Data and Analytics Office, ensuring consistent communication and coordination across portfolios.
- Own development and execution of control action plans to enhance operational resilience and strengthen control adherence across D&A initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver executive forums including monthly leadership updates and weekly deep dives on governance, platform, and data themes.
- Lead quarterly AI initiative reporting to drive transparency, accountability, and forward-looking insights that inform portfolio decisions.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to align goals, allocate resources, and remove execution barriers across teams.
- Establish portfolio health metrics and mechanisms to track outcomes, inform tradeoffs, and continuously improve delivery practices.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with risk, controls, finance, and operations partners to ensure end-to-end coherence of plans and outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven leadership in portfolio strategy and product planning within data and analytics or platform domains.
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team roadmap alignment, quarterly prioritization, and dependency management.
- Strong background leading executive communications and forums with senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing control action plans and strengthening operational resilience.
- Expertise in AI or data initiative reporting and metrics that inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams with clear outcomes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience operating as a liaison across large, matrixed organizations to align product, data, and governance priorities.
- Background in establishing portfolio health metrics, reporting cadences, and decision forums that improve outcomes.
