Job Summary
The Vice President, Marketing Strategy Lead on the Tenured Engagement Team will lead customer-focused initiatives designed to drive awareness, adoption, and repeat usage of our Business Banking payables and receivables products. This role owns the post-onboarding engagement strategy—focused on growth and retention through direct, multi-channel marketing across email, owned social and more. You will plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, defining positioning, messaging, and channel mix to deliver against awareness, adoption, and revenue targets. Partnering closely with Product, Analytics, Legal, and marketing colleagues, you will orchestrate campaigns from concept through delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget execution, and present strategies and results to senior leadership.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities where marketing can improve customer satisfaction, NPS and retention
Articulate and deliver strategies to achieve business OKRs and marketing KPIs
Partner with internal marketing teams to formulate new ideas and deliver unprecedented campaigns
Work closely with product, servicing, analytics and channel execution partners to launch campaigns flawlessly
Manage multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, while ensuring a strong control environment
Lead internal and external agency briefings
Support reporting across initiatives and develop and present senior management presentations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
4 year degree in Business Mgmt or Marketing with 5+ years of marketing experience and expertise in driving strategy and innovation
Strong knowledge in all aspects of marketing management, including creative development, targeting/segmentation, testing/optimization, omni-channel delivery and reporting/analysis
Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
Is a problem solver at heart who thrives in challenging environments
Is comfortable and proven successful at navigating through ambiguity/white space and pivoting as priorities change
Is highly curious and never settles for good enough
Is data driven and analytical, while also being a creative and outside-of-the-box thinker
