System Administrator [Multiple Positions Available]

Duties: Manage all system administration for the real estate platforms. Own all vendor relationship management, including ongoing Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Expectations assessment. Receive, prioritize and execute on system level tech changes based on user demands, including requirements definition, testing, training documentation and rollout. Manage all segregation of duty and control requirements protecting the integrity of real estate project records. Upgrade real estate platforms to the latest version including deep dive process reviews. Own and oversee all data quality issues in the system with preventative actions including training, process change and documentation. Ticket resolution based on user troubleshooting. Serve as the real estate platform system expert to guide dependent projects on use of appropriate real estate platform data including system integrations. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring resolution of issues and adherence to contractual obligations. Communicate system updates and gather feedback for global cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as System Administrator, Management Systems Leader, Technical Project Manager, Project Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as System Administrator, Management Systems Leader, Technical Project Manager, Project Engineer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Administering and supporting the real estate project management platform PMWeb, including system configuration, user access management, and workflow maintenance; Managing Project management and Information system development, and Product life cycle management; Developing and integrating processes in areas including Project scope management, scheduling management, procurement management, and cost management; Integrating processes with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems; Maintaining end-to-end system- level changes, from gathering requirements through testing, implementation, and post-deployment support; Coordinating with external technology vendors to manage system integrations and enhancements, while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs); Configuring and maintaining PMWeb modules for workflows, including scheduling, budgeting, bidding, and document management to support project lifecycle activities; Drawing management software such as SolidWorks, DraftSight, or AutoCAD; Gathering requirements, testing, and reporting using Risk analysis, Decision-making, and analytics tools including MATLAB, Minitab, Power BI, Tableau, and MS Project; Conducting finance and accounting functions including cost tracking, budget reconciliation, and integration with project management data using SAP.
