As a Product Portfolio Operations Associate in Market Data Services Control, you are responsible for supporting the creation of processes to ensure synergies across the broader product ecosystem. Work closely with the Product Portfolio Operations team and assist with planning, executing, and analyzing product-related projects.


Job responsibilities
  • Supports efforts to coordinate across products to ensure delivery against business objectives
  • Aids in collecting key inputs from across products to ensure our full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
  • Calculates basic metrics for portfolio management operations
  • Develops change initiative materials
  • Supports team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and add value.
  • Participates in strategic initiatives and coordinates projects defining product offerings and capabilities.
  • Assists in assessing current state, data capabilities, and delivering strategic solutions.
  • Aggregates data for pricing proposals and value analysis reports.
  • Responds to client tickets, maintains SLAs, and troubleshoots entitlement issues.
  • Maintains accurate inventory in OptimizeSpend/FITS and performs month-end activities for cost savings.
  • Acts as data guardian for Market Data systems, manages software upgrades, and maintains a control mindset.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to support the implementation of operational effectiveness initiatives
  • Prior experience using techniques and tools in relation to data analytics
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging problem-solving skills within a product cluster team
  • Skilled in aggregating data for analysis and report building
  • Prior experience in highly matrixed, complex organizations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effective team player and self-starter, able to work autonomously
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and ability to deliver under pressure
  • Creative, detail-oriented problem solver with disciplined process and quality control
  • Excellent verbal and written client communication skills; flexible with schedule as needed
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Previous experience with Market Data systems such as OptimizeSpend, Refinitiv Data Access Control System (DACS), Bloomberg Entitlements Management and Reporting System (EMRS)
  • Previous Accounting background
  • Knowledge of key market data offerings from vendors such as Bloomberg, London Stock Exchange (LSEG)/Refinitiv, Factset etc.
  • Understanding of Market Data Distribution and Licensing, and Audit
