As a Financial Reporting Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will produce accurate, timely client and regulatory reports, support draft financial statements, and help drive process improvements. You’ll collaborate across internal teams to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while delivering an excellent client experience.

Job responsibilities
  • Prepare client-specific reports with high attention to accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Draft financial statements and regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and controls.
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in regulatory requirements; implement required updates in processes and templates.
  • Prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlines; escalate risks and blockers proactively to your manager.
  • Follow departmental procedures and use applicable systems effectively; identify and recommend improvements to both.
  • Maintain documentation and audit-ready workpapers that support reporting completeness and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal partners and other JPMorgan Chase teams to resolve issues and coordinate deliverables.
  • Monitor team inboxes, triage client queries, and route to the appropriate owner; follow through to resolution.
  • Engage in peer coaching and on-the-job training; share best practices and contribute to a culture of learning.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and control enhancements; support implementation of system/process changes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Fund Administration, Accounting, and/or Custody, preferred.
