Software Engineer [Multiple Positions Available]

Duties: Lead in software architectural disciplines including Application UI, data, and infrastructure architecture for the entire application. Contribute in design, development and timeline discussions involving new features with the Product team. Execute projects utilizing developmental toolsets to develop software in Salesforce, APEX, lightning components, and SOQL and AURA frameworks to meet Product and Business needs. Work in large, collaborative onshore and offshore teams to achieve organizational goals of enhancing and maintaining the application. Provide Coordination and support on Java-based microservices on Cloud. Research industry-wide technology trends and best practices such as Cloud, SRE, and API Gateway. Utilize modern Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Conduct code reviews to ensure all development follows industry standards. Provide design solutions for adopting cloud-based technologies and following new banking architecture with encryption and authentications. Mentor junior members of the team on technology and best practices thereby developing them for the future. Participate in security, governance and regulatory compliance discussions providing input as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or as Software Engineer, Applications Developer, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Applications Developer, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years with the following: CRM Platform; AURA framework; Data Loader; Process Builder; Authentication/Encryption patterns; creating new Profiles, Users, Reports, and using page layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Dashboards, and Tasks and Events in Salesforce software; Integrating data frameworks using REST API and SOAP API; coding using JAVA, Lightning, and APEX; utilizing software for conducting business analysis; software development, maintenance, and improvement; developing, performing maintenance, and software improvement; application programming with components such as KAFKA or Autoscaling; GIT; AIM; MAVEN; Jenkins/Jules CICD tools; conducting test automation's; and developing in test frameworks.
