At PricingDirect, you will join a revenue-generating team that provides independent valuations and analytics on over 3 million fixed income, derivatives, and private equity instruments. As an Associate in Product and AI Implementation, you will play a crucial multifunctional role in onboarding and implementing clients to PricingDirect services and platform, with a strong emphasis on utilizing AI tools to accelerate implementation automation and prototyping.
You will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of PricingDirect solutions across a wide range of financial instruments, including fixed income, derivatives, and structured products. This role focuses on implementation automation and prototyping to improve onboarding speed, data quality, and client outcomes—requiring strong analytical skills, expertise in financial valuations and market data, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment alongside technology/engineering partners.
Job responsibilities
- Identify, design, and pilot AI/agent-assisted opportunities to streamline client onboarding, requirements gathering, data validation, and integration workflows.
- Use GitHub Copilot (or similar AI assistants) hands-on to accelerate implementation work such as requirements synthesis, documentation drafts, and troubleshooting, leveraging expert prompt engineering to produce reliable, repeatable outputs.
- Build Python-based dashboards, prototypes, and automation for data profiling, reconciliation, exception reporting, and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
- Stay current with AI/ML and financial technology trends and contribute to evolving implementation best practices.
- Lead and support end-to-end onboarding and integration for new and existing clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, data mapping, and workflow configuration.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform data validation, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of pricing data and analytics.
- Coordinate implementation projects, track deliverables, manage timelines, and communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial services, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong Python proficiency for implementation automation and prototyping (data wrangling, validation/reconciliation, and workflow automation).
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (or similar AI assistants) and expert prompt engineering skills (structured prompting, iterative refinement, and verification of outputs).
- Hands-on experience with client onboarding, product implementation, or technical integration of financial products or data solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences; strong client-facing presence.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA).
- Prior exposure to pricing, valuation, or risk analytics platforms.
- Experience developing or delivering client training and technical documentation.
- Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, especially using technology or automation.
