As a JPMorgan Wealth Management Securities Based Lending Documentation Specialist within the Wealth Management Credit Middle Office Closing team at JPMorganChase, you will support the execution of credit transactions for high net worth clients by reviewing and finalizing required documentation. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to help ensure closings are completed accurately and on time. You will also contribute to maintaining documentation standards and identifying opportunities to improve processes within the team. In this position, you will review and finalize a range of legal and credit documents, with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements. You will partner with colleagues across the business to resolve document-related questions and support efficient closings. This role helps support consistent client service and sound operational controls in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.
Job responsibilities
- Review and finalize a wide range of legal documents for complex credit transactions.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory, policy, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate smooth and timely client closings by managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate regulatory and credit risks through thorough documentation practices.
- Support process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client service while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of loan documentation and credit policies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards and procedures and p
rovide guidance and support to team members on best practices and documentation requirements.
- Learn and participate in other processes to support underwriting including, but not limited to: Debt Held Away process, unbookable resolution, and DocuSign upload.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum one year of documentation experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of legal credit documentation, covenants, ownership structures, and guarantees.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills. with ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
