As a Transactions Specialist IV in the Dallas Lockbox department, you will accept traditional paper-based payments and invoices/forms from clients by capturing information with efficient technology services and transferring it to an output file for accounts receivable or back end process updating. Our strategic focus is to deliver an extraordinary level of service and quality to our customers while leveraging the firm's operations and technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily workflow and coordinate day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure work completion per departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain customer service focus and high-quality standards.
  • Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Apply portfolio and tool knowledge to support client processing.
  • Train new and existing employees on processes and expectations.
  • Motivate staff and promote positive team morale.
  • Partner with operations teams to research and resolve inquiries.
  • Decide routine actions within standard policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues and draft internal/external communications.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrate remittance processing experience and proven team leadership.
  • Analyze and apply client SOPs and processing instructions.
  • Deliver results in deadline-driven, quota-based production environments.
  • Execute strong quality control practices consistently.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Organize work effectively across shifting priorities and volumes.
  • Exercise sound judgment and practical reasoning.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Manage capacity planning, deadlines, and workflow prioritization.
  • Operate two processing platforms with lockbox systems expertise.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bring remittance processing or banking operations experience.
  • Learn policies, procedures, and processes quickly.

Work schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
