JPMorgan Chase is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Facilities & Business Operations Analyst to join our Property Management team within Global Real Estate (GRE).

As a Facilities & Business Operations Analyst on the Property Management team, you will support all facets of financial and contractual operations of our Property Management portfolio. You will prepare high-impact analytics, support financial reporting and budgeting processes, and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities to drive the success of the broader Property Management program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of controls and supporting evidence for property management oversight activities.
  • Build deep expertise in Global Real Estate property management systems, responding quickly to business partner requests for data and analysis to support trend analysis and metrics reporting.
  • Support monthly and annual financial booking, reporting, and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and consistent forecasts and budget submissions from outsourced service providers.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators and critical performance indicators for property management, ensuring service providers meet performance standards; proactively address issues and escalate as needed to maintain operational excellence.
  • Partner with outsourced service providers, JPMorganChase Finance, and internal property management teams to ensure all contractual deliverables are met; monitor adherence to service level agreements and maintain documented controls to support compliance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in operations analysis, performance management, vendor/outsourcing oversight, finance operations, or facilities/property operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (presentation development).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail; ability to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues in KPI reporting
  • Show attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
