DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Gather clear requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria. Define critical data elements across credit risk processes and applications. Standardize data models and operating models to achieve consistency across teams. Analyze datasets for completeness and data quality issues. Collaborate with multiple teams for strategic data sourcing, avoiding duplication in processes. Define schema for data assets and publish data lineage. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and trends in the marketplace. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements. Develop user journeys and other artifacts that help communicate and support intuitive user experience which best meets the needs of the Product's users. Identify critical dependencies, issues, and present recommendations for resolution. Provide product demos, conduct product review, and feedback sessions with key stakeholders. Ensure feedback is incorporated into roadmap so deliverables meet business needs. Collaborate closely with the Product and Technology teams building core components that enable critical underlying functionality of the Product. Ensure new features are implemented according to specifications, released on schedule, and issues are remediated in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Risk Associate, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Risk Associate, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Leading end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, release, and go-to-market execution; creating and maintaining product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs; developing customer journey maps to visualize and enhance user experiences across various process touchpoints; utilizing story mapping techniques in Jira to prioritize features and ensure alignment with product goals; designing business process flow diagrams to streamline operations and improve efficiency; creating sample product prototypes to test and validate concepts before full-scale development; utilizing technology architectures including SQL for data analysis and querying databases, JavaScript and Python for feature development and MVP launches, and cloud platforms for scalable product delivery; leveraging APIs, design, and data analytics to build user- focused products; working with FIGMA, Databases, SQL, AWS, GraphQL, and UX design principles to build end user focused products; discussing technical designs to build end user focused products; gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, identifying critical dependencies and issues, and presenting recommendations for resolution; using Google Analytics to make data driven decision; generating actionable insights through Jira and confluence to optimize product development; using SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and extracting actionable insights; utilizing technology architecture including API platforms and cloud-based solutions including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud; leading products from concept to launch and adoption; guiding cross-functional teams through market research, design, development, and go-to- market strategies; using data-driven decision making by analyzing large datasets with SQL and ML models to inform product strategy and feature prioritization; integrating technology and UX principles to create efficient, user-friendly products.
