DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive operational improvements and ensure compliance. Gather, analyze, and interpret data sets to identify operational challenges and contribute to informed decision-making, ensuring secure and stable application development. Create dashboards for management, to highlight key metrics to facilitate strategic planning and performance monitoring. Deliver end-to-end data solutions and process automations. Develop and Deploy AI and ML models to automate complex processes, improve decision-making, and provide predictive insights. Collect, analyze and monitor low-code and no-code automation in test and production environments. Collaborate with key stakeholders on Objectives and Key Results to deliver benefits from operational automation. Conduct analysis of requirements and quality assurance for completeness, coverage, correctness, and testability, for application releases and test environments. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with tax regulations in US documentation and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: 3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years (84 months) of experience in the job offered or as Operations Automation Lead, Business Analysis Manager, System Analyst, Delivery Module Lead, Delivery Software Engineer, Process Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: Analyzing requirements and quality assurance for completeness, coverage, correctness, and testability. This position requires six (6) years of experience with the following: Analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights; Providing data-driven insights to support initiatives; Analyzing business processes, events, and flows. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: Streamlining data preparation, data blending, and advanced analytics to automate workflows using tools including Alteryx; Transforming processed data into interactive dashboards and reports using tools including Tableau; Interpreting and presenting datasets to facilitate strategic planning and performance monitoring using python libraries including Matplotlib and Seaborn; Performing data analytics, data cleaning, manipulation, and statistical analysis using Python through libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scipy; Developing and deploying AI models to automate processes and provide predictive insights; Identifying stakeholders and OKRs, KPIs, and metrics; Performing document data extraction of information from documents such as PDFs, emails, contracts, or reports by leveraging natural language processing; Modeling, executing, and automating business decision logic using DMN drools framework; Designing, testing, and validating DMN decision models using BPMN tools including Signavio; Creating of automated test scripts that simulate user interactions, validating application functionality, and evaluating software quality using scripting language and frameworks including JavaScript, Gherkin, and Selenium; Building test plans, timeline charts, progress, and status reports Identifying defects and deviations from original requirements and finding solutions; Conducting root cause analysis and assessing key blockers; Translating US tax regulations and compliance requirements into intelligent automation solutions; Developing dashboards to monitor compliance and identify potential risks; Streamlining documentation processes with Tax Operations, verifying that tax forms collected from clients contain all required information in accordance with regulatory standards.
