DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights through data visualization tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the BI solutions requiring regular validation and testing of data sources. Creation of comprehensive reports and dashboards that facilitate decision-making processes for executives and other stakeholders. Optimize existing BI solutions to enhance performance and user experience. Update stakeholders regularly on progress and findings ensuring alignment with business objectives. Train and support users in understanding and utilizing BI tools effectively. Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities for process improvement. Support operational and financial planning and enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Convey findings and collaborate with stakeholders effectively by clearly communicating actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Align business objectives and strategies across teams. Implement recommendation changes and improvements based on data analysis and enhancing stakeholder engagement and support for business intelligence initiatives. Handle multiple tasks and ensuring timely delivery of BI solutions. Utilize business processes and financial concepts to align BI solutions with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Science, SQL BI Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Science, SQL BI Developer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Leveraging Tableau, and Alteryx to create dynamic visualizations including heat maps, trend lines, and drill-down reports; Implementing ETL automation for dashboard data sources to streamline data integration; Utilizing advanced charting and filtering capabilities to present complex data clearly for developing effective BI solutions; Performing data manipulation and transformation using Alteryx; Creating and managing dashboards with Tableau; Analyzing expense management, workforce metrics, and allocations using Tableau and SQL to derive actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
