As part of the Field Communications team, you’ll translate complex financial, operational and regulatory topics into clear, actionable messaging and partner with stakeholders across the business to develop, edit and distribute daily communications to advisors and leaders.
This role is critical to ensuring advisors have timely, accurate information to better serve clients. You’ll help deliver communications end-to-end – content development, presentation support, distribution and engagement tracking – while advising partners on the best approach, channel and tone for each message.

Main responsibilities:
- Write, edit and publish advisor-facing communications, including time-sensitive updates tied to market, product, operational and regulatory changes
- Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders to ensure consistent voice, accuracy and clear calls-to-action across channels
- Plan and execute field-facing town halls and leadership updates: run-of-show, speaker prep, rehearsal coordination and post-event recaps
- Manage communications intake, prioritization and approvals to meet daily deadlines and urgent requests
- Track and report engagement (e.g., opens/clicks, intranet views, attendance) and recommend improvements to targeting, timing and format
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (e.g., Compliance, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure communications are accurate and aligned
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of communications experience, including writing/editing for internal audiences
- Excellent writing, editing and executive messaging skills; strong command of AP style (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex/technical topics into clear, actionable messaging
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under daily deadlines
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Must be able to produce urgent communications on demand

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Financial services experience; familiarity with advisor/field organizations
- Experience measuring and optimizing internal communications performance
