As a Business Analyst I within Business Practices and Oversight, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. You will collaborate across departments to execute organizational goals, resolve complex issues, and provide overall support in meeting business objectives. Your expertise will drive process improvements, operational excellence, and the adoption of new ways of working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Manage projects and deliver key work streams and tasks
  • Support collaborative initiatives with business partners, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Prepare business review packages and organize town hall and offsite experiences

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Management or Chief Operating Officer (COO) role
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, Word)
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in advanced presentation and data analysis skills
  • Capability to leverage artificial intelligence and AI tools to enhance data analysis, uncover business trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
