The Business Banking Loyalty Generation Marketing team develops and executes customer engagement strategies across the lifecycle – from new customer onboarding to ongoing engagement with tenured clients.

Job Summary

The Field Engagement Marketing Associate equips business bankers with field-ready marketing materials, tools and resources that enable strong, consistent conversations with small business owners in local markets. This role partners with field leadership, marketing, product and risk to create compliant, on-brand content that helps bankers acquire, deepen, and retain client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain customer-facing banker content (e.g., capability presentations, collateral, disclosures, claims support) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with creative agencies to produce clear, compelling sales materials that communicate our value to small business owners
  • Manage vendor/agency relationships, including SOWs, estimates, timelines, and quality; provide actionable feedback to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product and cross-channel partners
  • Define and track performance metrics such as asset adoption, banker usage and engagement as well as any effect on leads and referrals
  • Operate in a controlled environment, adhering to review cadences and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate content updates and support tool enhancements in the Seismic marketing platform
  • Build proficiency with generative AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of execution

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast paced working environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Financial services experience preferred, not required
  • Familiarity with the Chase for Business product suite and sales process
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
