Join our collaborative Vendor Management Organization (VMO) in Commercial & Investment Banking Technology, where you’ll help shape vendor strategy and support critical business operations. You’ll partner with diverse teams and play a key role in ensuring our vendor relationships deliver value and quality.

As a Vendor Management Data Analyst in Commercial & Investment Banking Technology, you will manage and analyze vendor-related data, supporting contract, consultant, and invoice processes. You’ll work closely with Technology managers, Finance & Business Management (F&BM), Sourcing, and Global Supplier Services to drive process improvements and maintain strong vendor governance. Your contributions will help ensure optimal commercial outcomes and risk controls across our vendor portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data for contracts and vendor processes, including contracting, approvals, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting
  • Support daily stakeholder and vendor relationships, including governance, controls, analysis, and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity by resolving discrepancies within the Central Management Data Base (CMDB) and producing analytics and reports
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices, including initiation, validation, and tracking using Ariba and Beeline tools
  • Drive optimal commercial and quality delivery from vendors
  • Enable continuous process improvement by maturing processing and reporting functions, managing transitions, and enhancing governance
  • Maintain strong control posture regarding vendor exposure and risk, both contractual and operational
  • Collaborate across teams to support vendor management initiatives and transitions
  • Present data and analytics in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
  • Contribute to a culture of partnership and operational excellence

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Detail-oriented mindset with ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Access
  • Ability to understand and create basic SQL queries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with Ariba and/or Beeline systems
  • Experience with Alteryx or Tableau
  • Experience designing or maintaining SharePoint sites
  • Demonstrated initiative in process improvement and vendor management
