As a Analyst within the Intelligent Automation Product team, you will partner with multiple lines of business across Consumer & Community Banking to understand end-to-end processes and apply emerging automation capabilities including agentic automations, robotics, and Large Language Model(LLM) integrations to drive measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with the Vice President of Robotics Intake and the Vice President of Process Discovery, supporting intake, assessment, and governance of incoming robotics use cases . You will help identify, vet, and administer Process Discovery opportunities that are strong candidates for automation. You will collaborate daily with Business Process Owners, Product Owners, and firmwide partners, and and help deliver against a high-impact roadmap to meet quarterly and annual goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes to determine if a case is viable for Automation based on overall complexity and availability of data for the solution to process
- Work with Process Owners and Product Partners to reengineer processes to enable automation
- Develop and track prerequisite activities in order to ensure cases are ready for delivery
- Obtain all appropriate approvals for the approach to automate each process
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Finance, and Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) to develop/refine the business case that will be used to determine automation feasibility
- Provide overview of processes to application and information owners
- Partners with the Intake Lead, assess each case for potential use of advanced automation tools such as Optical Character Recognition (JEDI LLM), integration with Large Language Models (LLM), deployment of Process Discovery tools, and prompt engineering to support Agentic processing
- Use Process Discovery tools (i.e. task mining) to evaluate areas where automation may be applied
- Participate when needed in design reviews, led by Process Intelligence to ensure designs and scope are consistent with approved business cases
- Create executive updates regarding the Robotics Product execution pipeline
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years Automation or related experience
- Strong interest in automation tools / strategies / technologies
- Effective organizational and project delivery skills through the Agile delivery lifecycle
- Experience with automation or process discovery tools
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building and influencing skills; ability to effectively partner and communicate with various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated fluency across operations and technology environments
- Strong user of Microsoft suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in PowerPoint creation of executive updates
- Bachelor’s Degree required
