Duties: Design high-performing, scalable, secure, and reliable integrations with Lightning Platform and other enterprise applications. Utilize Apex programming language and Apex best practices to customize Salesforce. Develop scalable solutions and create custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builder, validation rules and automated workflows to meet the business requirement in financial industry. Design and implement end- to-end marketing solutions. Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure efficient data exchange and leverage Salesforce synchronized data extensions within journeys to send real-time communications to end customers. Manage and execute Salesforce deployments. Coordinating the release of customizations, configurations, and code changes across lower and production environments to ensure adherence to best practices for version control and testing. Utilize CI/CD patterns. Conduct comprehensive functional testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to ensure that all features, customizations, and integrations perform correctly. Develop and optimize serverless applications to build resilient data processing pipelines aligning with multi cloud strategy. Design and implement comprehensive monitoring to log solutions to ensure real-time visibility into application stability, performance, and security.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 7 years (84 months) of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, IT Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: developing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to support various lines of businesses to engage and interact with customers for both sales and service; developing Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura components, and other Salesforce administration configurations such as Flows or Process Builder to support various lines of businesses to engage and interact with customers for both sales and service; using agile methodology for resource planning, work allocation, and monitoring; commanding Apex and the Salesforce object model; utilizing Marketing Cloud to create marketing emails and customer interaction journeys; developing scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, validation rules, and automated workflows to meet the business requirements in the financial industry; designing and implementing end-to-end marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud channels; implementing seamless integrations between Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud using the Marketing Cloud Connector and REST APIs to ensure efficient data exchange and leveraging Salesforce synchronized data extensions within journeys to send real-time communications to end customers; managing and executing Salesforce deployments by creating packages, change sets, Ant Migration Tool, and coordinating the release of customizations, configurations, and release code changes to ensure best practices for version control and testing; utilizing CI/CD Patterns to accomplish ingestion of data from external sources for business analysis; and conducting comprehensive functional testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to ensure all features, customizations, and integrations are performed correctly.
