As a Marketing Strategy Associate on the Card Lending team, you drive execution-first delivery of campaigns across owned channels, translating strategy into launch-ready creative and contact plans. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless, accurate, and on-time launches with strong controls and compliance checkpoints, and support post-launch reporting by synthesizing performance results into actionable recommendations.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and related initiatives to ensure accurate, consistent, and on-time delivery across channels
- Manage creative development inputs, routing, and approvals across partners to ensure launch readiness
- Maintain required controls, documentation, and pre-launch quality assurance including approvals, proofing, version control, and audit-ready change tracking
- Pull and synthesize post-launch performance data to create clear results readouts for stakeholders and leadership
- Monitor performance against goals and identify optimization opportunities across audience targeting, creative and offer presentation, placement, frequency, and journey timing
- Prepare campaign recaps, business updates, and recommendations in partnership with Analytics and Channel teams
- Represent the team in control evaluations by partnering with Controls stakeholders and supporting process and procedure enhancements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 1 year of professional experience in marketing or analytics
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans and deliverables
- Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app, and digital placements
- Experience working within marketing controls, compliance, and approval workflows
- Familiarity with performance reporting tools and dashboards such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau
