As a Card/ Business Banking Fair Lending Governance and Execution Leader within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in shaping the operational and strategic direction of our business. Your role will involve leveraging your advanced knowledge in business analysis and data analytics to uncover patterns, identify root causes, and design solutions that support the implementation of business strategies. You will be expected to lead large teams, fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Job responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of new administrative, technical, and professional policies and processes, utilizing advanced knowledge in business analysis and data analytics.
- Direct the collection, validation, and analysis of complex data sets from varied sources, systems, and tools to support operational or change initiatives.
- Oversee the design and development of solutions that support the implementation of business strategies, leveraging digital proficiency and automation technologies; partner with data/tech and control functions to resolve variances, drive root-cause fixes, track metrics, and escalate material trends.
- Manage a team of experienced professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and high-quality service delivery.

Influence strategic and operational decisions made by leadership through the provision of data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Oversee fair lending risk and controls across the full product lifecycle (design through closure); Lead the Fair Lending Risk Assessment end-to-end (scope, methodology, fieldwork, reporting, approvals).
- Manage OFL monitoring and associated issue remediation, and lead/support exams, audits, and independent testing.

Govern LOB issues/action plans with fair lending impact, ensuring escalation, root-cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions; while coordinating across the 1st/2nd/3rd Lines of Defense and manage regulator and Internal Audit engagement.

Own the Fair Lending Data Validation program, ensuring accurate/complete data, documentation, controls, and evidence for OFL and regulatory needs.

Lead Business Banking exception resolution and controls execution for loans and deposits, with clear prioritization, routines, and quality standards to reduce customer and firm risk.
- Drive preventive/detective control design and enhancement and lead continuous improvement/change management across fair lending processes; while delivering metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting on program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading business analysis initiatives in a large, complex organization, showcasing skills equivalent to 7+ years of experience.
- Proven track record with a focus on fostering innovation, strategic thinking, and high-quality service deliver; with strong executive communication and influence skills; experience building exec-level reporting and presenting to senior governance/boards.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging advanced data analytics to uncover patterns, identify root causes, and design business solutions.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and automation technologies to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Extensive experience in influencing strategic and operational decisions through the provision of data-driven insights and recommendations.

Understand software delivery lifecycle and have skills in industry standard methodologies and related tasks.

Advanced knowledge of internal controls, operations, risk management, or similar, with leadership in data-driven environments.
- Strong project management, reporting, documentation, and analytical skills; delivers high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Advanced skills in technology/process release management, with expert proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.

Familiarity with data analytics, model governance, and disparate impact testing.
- Proven operations/remediation leadership running an exception-resolution function (identify breaks, triage/prioritize, root-cause, escalate, and drive sustainable fixes) with strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
