Credit Information Management (CIM) sits within Wholesale Lending Services – Middle Office (WLS-MO) and plays a critical role in enabling the firm to transact confidently while safeguarding sensitive information. Working in close partnership with Legal, Compliance, Trading, and Research, the team helps ensure confidential data is handled appropriately and consistently with internal information barriers, supporting disciplined risk management across secondary loan and bankruptcy claims trading activities.
As a Trading Services Associate II within WLS-MO, you will prepare, negotiate, and execute confidentiality agreements with external trading counterparties in the secondary loan trading and bankruptcy claims trading markets. You will also support the controlled management and distribution of confidential information in alignment with internal information barriers and firm policies, coordinating closely with Legal, Compliance, Trading, and Research to facilitate timely, compliant trading workflows.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Trading to draft confidentiality agreements relating to secondary loan trading and claims trading matters.
- Manage the confidentiality agreement process and coordinate with Legal and Sales and Trading for any required negotiation with clients.
- Engage Sales and Trading and external clients regarding questions or status inquiries relating to confidentiality agreements.
- Source and prepare information for distribution to clients pursuant to executed confidentiality agreements.
- Prepare and update web-based due diligence data rooms via Intralinks, including granting access to information.

Actively review and screen information to determine appropriateness for public-side Sales & Trading personnel in compliance with information barriers.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation, or related experience dealing with legal documentation.
- Knowledge of the Syndicated Loan business and LSTA standards.
- Knowledge of Intralinks, Debtdomain, and Syndtrak
Work schedule
- This role requires full five days in office
