As the Product Director - Entitlements within our cloud-native product organization, you will lead a high-performing team of Product Owners and partner closely with Engineering to deliver cloud-native, business-critical products that advance our strategic priorities. Working across a global organization, you will influence/collaborate on target-state architecture, modernize and re-engineer applications, and ensure solutions align with established architecture blueprints and security standards. You will leverage AI tools and agentic capabilities to accelerate product discovery, development, testing, delivery, and adoption. Improving speed, quality, and measurable outcomes. You will drive stakeholder alignment through rigorous collaboration with business and technology leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven product leadership experience, 10+ years delivering enterprise-scale, business-critical platforms across the full product lifecycle
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing managers/senior Product Owners, building high-performing teams, and scaling product operating models.
- Strong strategic mindset with a track record of translating business objectives into product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Define success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), instrument products for adoption and performance, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation.
- Own product vision and multi-year strategy for a portfolio; align priorities to strategic goals and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Lead a team of Product Owners: set standards, coach on discovery and value measurement, and establish a strong product culture and operating cadence.
- Deep expertise in modern engineering and delivery practices (Agile/Lean, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE/operational excellence) with the ability to partner effectively with senior engineering leaders.
- Hands-on experience delivering cloud-native solutions (e.g., microservices, containers, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, APIs) in regulated, security-conscious environments.
- Strong architecture and design collaboration skills—able to influence target-state architecture, platform blueprints, and re-engineering/modernization programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing at executive levels across business, technology, risk, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry (or equivalent rigor in controls, governance, and availability requirements).
- Background as a technologist, engineer, or architect prior to product leadership roles.
- Experience leading global, distributed teams and operating in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-year transformation programs (cloud migration, legacy modernization, platform consolidation, operating model change).
- Familiarity with data/analytics and AI-enabled product capabilities (responsible use, model risk awareness, data governance).
- Ensure architecture, security standards, resiliency, and SDLC controls are embedded in delivery from inception through operations.
- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, production stability concerns, and stakeholder alignment issues; resolve decisively.
- Partner closely with business, operations, and control functions to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations globally.
