DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop custom Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows and automation. Coordinate IAM solutions for Password or secret management tool including CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault. Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications and infrastructure focused on IAM solutions. Drive application onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new applications. Implement and manage cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability and performance. Identify provisioning, role management, and entitlement management for on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Utilize ticketing systems, access management tools, and digital platforms to solve problems and improve processes. Implement access controls and segregation of duties to support compliance and audit requirements. Coordinate discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap. Provide ownership and maintenance of a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Solutions Analyst, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Business Systems Analyst, Software Developer, Business Consultant, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Data security, risk management, and compliance frameworks; Identity and Access management (IAM), including familiarity with MFA, SSO, Active Directory, and Standard API Protocols; Utilizing cloud security and hybrid IAM implementations in Azure or AWS platform; Creating documentation for access provisioning processes and procedures using MS Word, Confluence, and JIRA; Managing a product backlog using JIRA, JIRA Align, or PI supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition; Tracking product success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability; Navigating complex environments with multiple cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery; Collaborating with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable data products; Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including business users and customers to deliver successful outcomes across the product; performing data analytics using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Job Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel for team meetings for planning purposes.
