Help build products that protect customers from fraud and scams while supporting responsible growth. In this role, you will challenge traditional approaches and lead teams to deliver innovative capabilities that make a measurable impact.

As a Product director in Trust and security payments assessments, you lead product strategy and delivery for capabilities focused on keeping customers’ money safe and reducing fraud and scams. You partner across product, technology, data, and risk teams to remove barriers, modernize approaches, and deliver outcomes. You set a strong innovation culture by coaching teams and using insights to prioritize the work that matters most.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
  • Lead the product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by adapting methods, managing risks, and delivering against targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability.
  • Coach and mentor the product team on best practices (for example, solution generation, market research, storyboarding, prototyping, adoption strategies, and product delivery).
  • Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Eight or more years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence adoption of core product life cycle practices, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field.
