As a Product Director in Source to Contract (S2C), you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. In this role, you will lead the firm’s sourcing and contracting product space and manage the team accountable for its strategy, execution, and outcomes. You will drive value through our third-party platforms (e.g., Ariba for sourcing events and Icertis for contract lifecycle management) while modernizing the end-to-end experience for business users. Your focus will be to optimize existing processes and accelerate delivery through automation and AI, including proprietary agents and AI-forward tools. This team is a key part of the broader Source-to-Pay value stream and a major contributor to the product delivery lifecycle across stakeholder groups.


Job responsibilities
  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Leads senior stakeholder alignment across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk/Controls, and Technology driving decisions, managing dependencies, and communicating progress.
  • Champions AI-driven automation and intelligent workflow design, identifying high-value use cases, partnering with engineering/data teams, and ensuring solutions are scalable, controlled, and measurable (e.g., reduced touchpoints, faster cycle times, higher first-pass accuracy).
  • Partners with Operations (process owners) to digitize and improve execution, delivering platform capabilities for amendments, renewals, notifications, repository/search, and audit-ready traceability.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Working knowledge of sourcing and contracting processes sufficient to partner effectively with Operations and Legal/Procurement and translate needs into product requirements
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Experience implementing or optimizing CLM platforms including workflows, templates/clause libraries, metadata models, and integrations to ERP/AP and supplier master data.
