As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in Global Payments Product Commercialization, you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization to enable the product and market strategy.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market and commercialization strategies for SMB payment products and features across the U.S. and Canada

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify product enhancement opportunities, target market needs, and product-market fit

  • Develop, launch, and maintain sales enablement, training, and support content aligned with new product and feature releases

  • Manage and govern training materials, sales collateral, and documentation repositories to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to control standards

  • Lead commercialization activities for smaller product enhancements and support larger product launches and market expansion initiatives

  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and Commercialization teams to define success metrics, monitor pilot performance, and track launch results against business objectives

  • Review and enhance banker, partner, and client-facing materials to drive product adoption, self-service utilization, and sales referrals

  • Communicate product strategy, commercialization plans, and launch readiness updates through stakeholder forums, training sessions, and presentations

  • Support regulatory, risk, and compliance activities by following testing procedures, contributing to control frameworks, and identifying process improvement opportunities

  • Ensure adherence to commercialization governance, documentation, and annual control review requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong attention to detail within presentation formatting and copywriting
  • Experience in product commercialization and customer experience enhancement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with small business payments and related technologies
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions
  • Experience with SharePoint, Monday.com, Tableau, and content management systems
