Collaborate closely with sales strategy support, product, campaign management, controls, and legal/regulatory partners to deliver engaging, compliant content that builds Chase Auto awareness and equips bankers to confidently assist clients. Your work will help strengthen branch execution, drive lead generation, and reinforce a consistent Chase Auto presence in our branches.

As the Chase Auto Branch Marketing Associate in Chase Auto Branch Marketing, you will lead a portfolio of marketing and field enablement initiatives that support branch colleagues (bankers and leadership) and the in-branch customer experience. You will maintain and refresh branch marketing content, create polished presentations, and improve materials with the goal of improving engagement, referrals, and application outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Translate Chase Auto Branch business goals into marketing assets which communicate a clear value proposition to achieve stated marketing objectives

  • Collaborate with cross line-of-business partner teams to identify and execute new marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation

  • Work across multi-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Campaign Management, Controls, and Legal/Regulatory for both Auto and Consumer Bank

  • Collaborate with Auto partners to identify themes in banker feedback and complaints. Drive program resolutions and close the loop with applicable stakeholders

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality and engaging content for various platforms (e.g. print, visual and video campaigns) to educate and train captive audiences including bankers, branch leadership, and in-branch customers

  • Maintain and recertify existing branch marketing content for banker consumption, education, and training

  • Create polished, informative and visually compelling Auto Branch presentations and resources for bankers

  • Track and report performance of key initiatives by reviewing engagement, referrals, applications and more; use insights to iterate and improve materials

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI by proactively building agents that address Auto Branch needs efficiently

  • Support evolving Branch Marketing needs, including new launches, refreshes, and rapid-response communications as needs change

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree with marketing, journalism or training, or content marketing experience

  • 2+ years of marketing experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders across a range of functional areas and teams

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working in highly matrixed organization

  • Promote a strong control environment, adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer-first mindset
  • Financial services or automotive industry knowledge/experience is a plus

  • Strong writing and content development skills
