Join our Employee Experience team as a Client Service Analyst to support onboarding, collaborate cross-functionally, and help employees succeed from day one.

As a Client Service Analyst within the Employee Experience Help organization, you will support employees throughout their journey. As a core team contributor, you will help onboard employees, drive product adoption, and deliver ongoing support. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, cohesive, and personalized experiences.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person support by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback to share with Product and Servicing teams
  • Drive product adoption through training, demos, and awareness initiatives
  • Guide new employees through onboarding, including initial setup and configuration to meet their specific needs
  • Support location-specific priorities and events to enhance the employee experience

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 1 year of experience or equivalent expertise in customer success or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong desire to help customers succeed
  • Proven experience successfully engaging customers using strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated experience in working with technology and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps
  • Proficient in using virtual communication tools and technology platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
