Join our team as a Business Management Associate!
As a Business Management Associate within Human Resources, you will support the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) HR leadership team by driving key management routines, priorities, and deliverables across the organization. You will coordinate core processes including HR leadership meetings, business reviews, reporting and metrics, priority tracking, risk and control activities, and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of HR priorities, processes and deliverables
- Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects in partnership with the AWM HR leadership team
- Help coordinate cross-functional workstreams related to HR and business priorities across AWM
- Provide project management and change management support to help ensure effective execution across the AWM HR team
- Partner with stakeholders across HR and the business to maintain visibility on priorities, timelines and key deliverables
- Support the development and coordination of HR executive presentations for senior audiences, including leadership meetings and operating committee forums
- Support the AWM HR segment in preparing end-to-end segment presentations, including gathering inputs, organizing content and ensuring materials are clear and cohesive
- Help bring structure, process and follow-through to business topics that span across AWM, including coordinating next steps, tracking actions and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working
- Assist with planning and logistics for leadership meetings, offsites and other management routines
- Support the development of HR business review materials, dashboards and updates
- Assist with HR reporting, materials preparation and ad hoc analysis to support internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- 3 years of experience in business management, Human Resources, project management, strategy or a related role
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize information and develop clear, practical recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise materials for senior audiences
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across HR and the business
- High attention to detail, sound judgment and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop polished presentations and analyze data to support decision-making
