DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop and deliver Business Review presentations for Automated Clearing House (ACH) Premier Clients to drive client engagement. Guide and facilitate in-person and virtual review sessions to communicate actionable insights and influence client decision-making at senior levels. Serve as an advisor and primary escalation point for all Premier Client inquiries. Design contingency plans for duplicate ACH payments, optimize cut-off time processes, and resolve research requests. Conduct data analysis on Return Item Monitoring for Premier Clients, identifying root causes, recommending strategic solutions, providing authoritative guidance to clients to ensure strict compliance with ACH rules to mitigate operational risk, and driving measurable improvements in payment performance. Drive ACH product enhancements by leveraging feedback from Premier Clients and guiding the full product lifecycle as an ACH subject matter expert. Research and diagnose issues, identify solutions, and partner with the Technology team to implement changes. Deliver customized data-driven reporting solutions that directly support and advance clients' strategic business objectives. Perform portfolio analysis for Premier Clients to uncover opportunities for new product adoption and cross-sell, and present tailored recommendations to maximize client value. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and compliance teams to resolve client issues, streamline processes, and enhance overall service delivery. Monitor and interpret industry trends and regulatory developments, advising clients on emerging risks and opportunities to safeguard and grow their ACH operations. Maintain documentation of client interactions, strategic action plans, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Management, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product, System Analyst, Software Engineer, System Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Business Management, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product, System Analyst, Software Engineer, System Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Participating in the product development life cycle starting from ideation, planning and strategy, requirement gathering and design, development and execution, launch and go to market, and post launch management; Performing quantitative market analysis and segmentation using Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel functionalities including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to analyze client performance and identify revenue opportunities; Conducting discovery and defining requirements across the product life cycle; Defining product requirements and authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, and issue tracking, in project management tools including Jira and Confluence. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that track transaction volume, value, and latency KPIs for payment flows.
