Your leadership will help shape the future of Payments and support the growth of our global franchise. This is a critical role that will sit on the global management team for the Treasury Services organization within Payments at J.P. Morgan. This individual will report to the Global Head of Treasury Services, a key member of our global Payments Management Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the product strategy and vision for Mass Volume Payments (ACH, RTP - including Interac and RTR - B2C [Push to Card, Push to Wallet, Zelle], Pay by Bank/Open Banking, and Prepaid Card), with end-to-end accountability for Product Development, Product Management, and Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) Teams within the Mass Volume Payments business at J.P. Morgan.

  • Drive and elevate product development by continuously enhancing products and solutions to address client needs and market opportunities.

  • Grow product revenue ($1bn+ with double digital annual growth) and market share through innovative product offerings and go-to-market strategies.

  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices, serving as a visible representative and active voice for Mass Volume Payments at JPMorganChase.

  • Partner seamlessly with Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) and cross-firm stakeholders to co-create strategy and thought leadership that advances the Mass Volume Payments product organization in line with J.P. Morgan’s vision.

  • Spearhead, inspire, develop, and manage a team of Product and Product Solutions professionals.

  • Manage financials, optimize pricing, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Define objectives, key results, and KPIs to measure and ensure product success.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions and functions - including Product Execution (Product Delivery, Engineering), Sales, Commercialization and Go-To-Market, Operations, Client Service and Implementations, and Risk & Controls (Compliance, Controls, Legal, Audit) - to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive business development.

  • Anticipate and proactively address internal and external factors impacting the business.

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 15–20%.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and analytical skills.

  • Extensive experience across payments product management.

  • Demonstrated deep understanding of client needs and the competitive landscape for cross-currency solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively.

  • Strong collaboration with technology teams across the product lifecycle.

  • Experience developing and implementing large-scale initiatives.

  • Skilled in strategic planning, P&L management, and business case development.

  • Experience implementing product lifecycle activities at scale.

  • Ability to drive change and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Superior presentation and communication skills.

  • Recognized thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry eminence.
