As a Bill Pay Product Associate on the Bill Pay Payments team in Connected Commerce, you own the end-to-end product life cycle for digital business loan payment experiences. You advocate for customers, partner across teams to deliver improvements at scale, and measure impact through clear outcomes and reliable performance.

Job responsibilities

  • Support product strategy and vision that delivers measurable customer value
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics to define and deliver customer journeys and strategic platform initiatives
  • Translate customer, business, and platform outcomes into clear requirements, key performance indicators, and success metrics delivered through user stories and workflows
  • Lead discovery and research to identify customer needs and incorporate solutions into the product roadmap
  • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Track and improve product success metrics, including cost, functionality, risk, and reliability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a closely related domain
  • Demonstrated customer-first product thinking, including problem definition, prioritization, and measurable outcomes
  • Knowledge of the product development life cycle, user experience design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value delivery across the product life cycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tooling, such as workflow automation, generative AI tools, or agent-based workflows
  • Background in payments, financial technology, or lending
