As a Product Associate in Voice, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences. You'll support the planning, development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap. You'll work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify user needs, analyze product performance, and contribute to the delivery of AI-enabled, innovative products and solutions. - Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product direction
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Basic experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
- High attention to detail and organization abilities
- Self-motivated with innovative spirit and a continuous development mindset
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, process improvement and design thinking
- Familiarity with voice AI, IVR and contact center solutions
- Proficiency with Agile project delivery tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Experience in financial services, fintech, regulated industry, or home lending operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business

- Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
