Support product development and delivery of innovative payment solutions by partnering with Product Managers and technology teams to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and support product initiatives that enhance client experiences.

As a Product Delivery Associate within Real Time Payments, you will support the development and delivery of innovative payment solutions by partnering with Product Managers, Product Delivery Managers, and technology teams. You will help gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and support product initiatives that enhance client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in payments, product development, and business analysis while contributing to key product enhancements and launches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers and Product Delivery Managers in gathering, documenting, and maintaining business and technical requirements.
  • Assist in creating process flows, field mappings, and other documentation to support product development and implementation activities.
  • Help translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
  • Partner with technology teams to clarify requirements and support testing activities.
  • Assist with documenting validation rules, exception scenarios, and operational processes.
  • Maintain project documentation and support requirements traceability activities.
  • Conduct basic data analysis and research to support product decisions and enhancements.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and user experiences.
  • Escalate issues, risks, or dependency concerns to senior team members as appropriate.
  • Support product launches, change management activities, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, project management, technology, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and document information effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn product development methodologies, payments, and financial services concepts.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or project-based work.
  • Experience supporting technology, operations, or product initiatives.
  • Knowledge of payments, banking products, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with requirements documentation, process mapping, or data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.
