Responsibilities
· Experience in Product based testing
Good knowledge of manual testing process, STLC, SDLC, Agile Process
Strong Analytical and communication skills and proven experience of having worked with senior Business and IT Stakeholders
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
Managing and growing Testing assets required for meeting the testing mandate: Team Members, Testing Tools, Testing Process
Implementing and evolving appropriate measurements and metrics
Experience in test strategy, test Design
Experience in test execution analysis & reporting
Experience in Database testing
Knowledge in Automation Testing with UFT/Selenium/Test Complete
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Demonstrable experience in below areas:
Understanding of testing principles
Focus on the customer requirements
Collaboration (i.e. working with developers and business)
Multiple vendor environment
Delivering business value
Continually looking to improve testing
Always on the lookout for tools, skills, or practices that help to add value
· Experienced in Test Management tools like QC/ ALM/ Jira /TFS
Qualifications:
BTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject with an industry experience of 3-6 years.
·Be resilient and curious: keep learning and growing.
Should possess good Listening, Communicating, Planning, Motivating and Mentoring skills.
Should possess good Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving skills, Strong work ethics and with Process improvement expertise
