POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
NCR Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Program Specialist to join its product marketing team. this role, you will support our partner/program marketing efforts by driving strategic initiatives that will positively impact leads, opportunities, and revenue. You’ll be responsible for creating content, collaborating with 3rd party partners, tracking and reporting on program performance and working cross-functionally with product and sales teams to improve program/partnership performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and provide ongoing support for a specific set of 3rd party partner relationships and platforms (i.e category review sites, review platforms, affiliate partners).
- Craft and develop marketing content for partner programs
- Redefine the strategy for internal and external referral programs and manage their day-to-day operations
- Define partner and program KPIs, create reports to track progress and design a plan for achievement.
- Communicate goal progress and attainment, detailing any blockers/challenges to leadership on a regular basis.
- Seek out and present new impactful opportunities for growth
- Ensure integrity of company and solution brands on all partner sites and campaigns
- Monitor the competitive landscape and develop plans to ensure Aloha is prioritized with our partners. (i.e. relationships, on page, placement, etc.)
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 1-2 years of related work experience in Partner Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Referral Marketing or related field.
- Experience in creating and managing partner programs (Lead partners, Affiliate partners, Referral programs)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience building, managing, and maintaining reporting and dashboards
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), website platforms and digital (Google & Adobe Analytics) platforms preferred
