Talent Development Partner
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)

Have experience with one or more talent management practices – including performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, employee experience, learning, and/or leadership development.

Work collaboratively and can build a strong internal and external network.
Responsibilities:
The Talent Development Partner will support a variety of company-wide talent initiatives, including culture, employee engagement, onboarding, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and learning initiatives - all designed to improve the employee experience. This role will be a key contributor to the design, development, planning and execution of the initiatives. This role will also play a key role in understanding internal needs, understanding external best practices, measuring success and driving continuous improvement for key talent initiatives. The role will partner closely with internal stakeholders – including HR business partners, communications partners, managers, and employees.
Requirements & Experience:
Undergraduate degree
3+ years of HR experience
Experience managing one or more talent practices/programs
Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time
Strong project management skills
Strong collaboration skills
Growth mindset with passion to continuously learn
Ability to work through ambiguity.
