Role:
Lead individual workstreams (typically analytics focused) for larger strategic transformation projects for NCR Voyix Operations; examples include:
o Defining and delivering the AI roadmap for the service desk and the field
o Automating and optimizing dynamic field dispatching and routing
o Driving dispatching avoidance through ML / advanced analytics

Team:
o Manager: Operational Transformation Director
o Peers: 1-2 other Transformation Analysts / Associates\

Required Skills:
o Ownership. Strong ownership instinct, with the ability to take a high level understanding of the workstream objective and develop a clear perspective on what should be done to drive the workstream forward
o Problem solving. Able to digest ambiguous context and conflicting perspectives, clearly structure the problem, and develop an actionable perspective on what needs to happen next.
o Clear communications. Able to synthesize project status and conclusions into clear, simple executive-level communications (both via email updates and project presentations)
o Work planning. Able to independently develop a workplan to achieve workstream deliverables (e.g. defining major milestones, deadlines, dependencies, stakeholders) and lead disciplined meetings (e.g. bringing clear agendas, recapping action items and next steps, etc).
o Analytics. Able to develop business analysis - structure desired outputs, think through data needs and limitations, use Excel / python / PowerBI to build the model, synthesize the “so what”, and review to ensure the outputs and business conclusions are correct.


Background and Experience:
o The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mind, and sharp problem solving instincts. Background in consulting / project management would be helpful.


Optional skills / training:
o Experience with project management online tools.
o Advanced analytical modeling skills (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, etc.)
