NCR Voyix is looking for a University Relations Recruiter to support our early career hiring strategy across the United States. This role will focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring top student and recent graduate talent through strong university partnerships, internship programs, and recruiting campaigns.
As a key member of the Early Career team, you will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and university contacts to execute high-impact recruiting events, manage the full-cycle recruitment process for interns and new grads, and help build NCR Voyix’s brand on campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for intern and new graduate roles—from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.
- Campus Engagement: Represent NCR Voyix at career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions to attract top student talent.
- University Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key university career services and student organizations to build a consistent talent pipeline.
- Program Coordination: Support planning and execution of internship and early career programs, including onboarding, engagement activities, and feedback collection.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality, inclusive experience for all candidates through timely communication and thoughtful engagement.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruiting activity and assist with reporting on hiring metrics, candidate flow, and event ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in university recruiting, early career hiring, or general talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for internship or entry-level roles in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and campus partners.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and events at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative, and data-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to attend on-campus recruiting events and conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
