Director of Account Management – Restaurants Tech Solutions (West Region)
Location: Western U.S. (Remote/Field-Based) | Full-Time
Salary: Starting at $120K–$160K base + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers focused on client success, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Own the regional account strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and customer needs.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (GMs to C-suite).
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Implementation and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Represent NCR Voyix at industry events, customer forums, and executive briefings.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing remote or field-based teams.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality technology.
- Proven success in growing enterprise accounts and managing complex client relationships.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel up to 50–60% across the Western U.S.
Bonus Points For
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- Experience in SaaS, payments, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with customer success frameworks (e.g., QBRs, NPS, Success Plans).
