As Principal, Experience Measurement, you will be leading the development and delivery of experience measurement. You will be leading our efforts in collecting and interpreting data on customer reactions to our products and services. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience. Job Description:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead development and delivery of experience measurement at PayPal.
  • Define, track, and report key experience metrics from diverse data sources.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Manage feedback channels, build surveys, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Present findings to senior leaders and lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences.
  • Work with the Data team to automate reporting and improve analytics.
  • Drive best practices in experience measurement and contribute to UX Research community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Experience Design, Business, and Engineering.


What you'll bring:

  • 10-12+ years in Experience Measurement, Customer Insights, and Research.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of pros and cons of various quantitative approaches.
  • Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and working through ambiguity.


Additional Information:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience across products and platforms, financial services expertise an advantage.
  • Compelling storyteller who can educate as well as influence.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $120300 to $287100
