Job Description:

Here's what you'll do:
- Lead development and delivery of experience measurement at PayPal.
- Define, track, and report key experience metrics from diverse data sources.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements.
- Manage feedback channels, build surveys, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Present findings to senior leaders and lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences.
- Work with the Data team to automate reporting and improve analytics.
- Drive best practices in experience measurement and contribute to UX Research community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Experience Design, Business, and Engineering.
- 10-12+ years in Experience Measurement, Customer Insights, and Research.
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of pros and cons of various quantitative approaches.
- Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners.
- Experience managing multiple projects and working through ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience across products and platforms, financial services expertise an advantage.
- Compelling storyteller who can educate as well as influence.
