Join a diverse, collaborative team passionate about leveraging technology to transform HR. You'll be a key player in our People Technology team, partnering with Engineering, Payroll, and HR business leaders to optimize processes and maximize the value of our Workday investment. As our Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you'll directly impact operational efficiency, freeing up HR resources to focus on strategic initiatives that drive employee engagement and improve employee experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $84500 to $204600

- Translate business needs into powerful Workday configurations.
- Imagine freeing up thousands of HR hours annually and eliminating tedious manual tasks. You'll streamline Workday transactions, approvals, notifications, etc.
- Build seamless onboarding experiences through innovative Workday solutions by optimizing workflows,
- You'll directly unlock HR's capacity to become a strategic partner, driving employee engagement and propelling our business forward.
- Craft and implement bespoke Workday HCM configurations aligned with our strategic HR vision.
- Think beyond payroll – design talent management programs, automate performance reviews, and build employee self-service portals.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate HR needs into technical solutions.
- Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption of Workday HCM systems.
- Share your knowledge and expertise, fostering a collaborative learning environment within the team. Mentorship and knowledge transfer are key to our success, and you'll play a vital role in building a strong, empowered team.
- Stay ahead of the Workday curve – explore new features and functionality, recommending innovative solutions to optimize HCM processes. Be the spark that ignites continuous improvement, driving efficiency and maximizing the value of our Workday investment.
- Workday Release Updates: Deep understanding of Workday HCM architecture, staying abreast of the latest advancements and best practices.
- Reporting & Analytics: Proficient in Workday Reporting and Workday Data Analytics, crafting impactful dashboards and reports.
- Integration Expertise: Experience integrating Workday with other HRIS and enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
