Job Description Summary:
The Finance Product Enablement Analyst will be part of the Finance Enablement, Controls, and Transformation (FECT) team. This employee will provide project leadership, professional oversight and support of key enterprise strategic initiatives. The Finance Product Enablement Analyst will partner with Product and Finance to ensure new products and enhancements are integrated into Finance Systems and Operational Processes in a timely and consistent manner. The Finance Product Enablement Analyst will deliver outcomes that promote accountability, clarity, and efficiency. The Finance Product Enablement Analyst will apply best practice in project management, finance process improvement, organizational change, technology implementations, service excellence and design across all core finance areas that support PayPal’s strategic product initiatives. The Finance Product Enablement Analyst will be highly organized with experience communicating strategic and tactical requirements to finance and technology partners. The position will require the Finance Product Enablement Analyst to possess the necessary drive, business and operational acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a confident and collaborative Finance Leader.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Product and Finance to support execution of key PayPal strategic product initiatives, inclusive of all PayPal business units (e.g., Core, Braintree, Venmo, Zettle, Hyperwallet, etc.)
- Advise Product and other teams on the Finance requirements and impacts to support new product launch and enhancements
- Partner with various Finance teams, inclusive of Tax, Regulatory reporting, Treasury, Accounting, Controllership, Finance System Enablement, to ensure new products and enhancements are integrated into Finance Systems and Operational Processes in a timely and consistent manner
- Proactively manage key stakeholders to escalate potential risks/issues of cross-functional relevance; assist in developing mitigation strategies and support their implementation
- Provide project management support for large scale projects
- Coordinate development of the finance project plan, finance workstreams & finance budget
- Facilitate various cadences including stakeholder meetings and executive reporting to ensure successful execution of the projects
