We are actively seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to help expand our team, manage affiliate relationships, onboard new partners, and strengthen merchant partner relationships.

Job Description:
Our goal is to help affiliate merchants maximize revenue through the PayPal Honey platform to meet their growth goals while adding value to the shopping experience for our loyal user base. As Partnership Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast, innovative, and eager team at Honey that's set to enhance the way we interact with merchants on every level.

What You'll Do
  • Demonstrate initiative to manager (proactively seek solutions, identify, and execute on strategy)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing/Creative, Engineering and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Lead monthly/quarterly recurring calls with merchants
  • Independently recommend products and optimization strategies based on merchant situations
  • Master concepts and vocabulary of the affiliate industry
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Be able to understand client objections and develop the ability to respond accordingly
  • Compile notes and action items post-call/email/meeting and own the follow-up including logging all edits and updates through the PayPal Honey CRM
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on affiliate program performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for stakeholders
  • Use data to identify and prescribe recommendations to optimize performance
  • Audit and identify merchant performance issues proactively and escalate to Integration or Merchant Ops teams as needed
  • Attend conferences, in-person merchant meetings, and network roadshows


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant affiliate marketing experience (online marketing, sales/account management, performance marketing, ad tech)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and strategies to drive results
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $52800 to $136510
