At Regions, the Clearsight Investment Banking Associate will play a crucial role in developing and strengthening client relationships and in driving the transaction process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluates and analyzes client needs, including the formulation and positioning of a client’s distinctive qualities with a focus on competitive differentiation
- Drafts documentation and marketing materials for transactions, as well as constructs financial models
- Maintains client communication, often directly with senior management team members
- Participates in transaction structuring and execution efforts with high levels of responsibility and accountability
- Mentors Investment Analysts
- Identifies and develops business opportunities
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position in incentive eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) years of experience
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to think strategically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
The intended start date for this position will be August 1, 2025, and will work on-location daily at our McLean, VA office.
The ideal candidate will have three (3) years of dedicated and proven Investment Banking Analysis experience.
Completion of at least two (2) years as a Clearsight Advisors Associate will be required before promotion to Vice President may be considered.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
